Getting back in the groove...

Complex 4 Rd's. for time

With 45lb BarBell
5 squats
5 straight leg squats
5 front squats
5 Front Rows
5 Power Cleans
5 Military or a.k.a. Shoulder presses
5 back Squats
5 good mornings
10 push ups

Repeat 4 times.
Time:
Juan: 7:58.00
Chop: 10:26.00

1/2 mile Jog

Bench Press: 3 Rd's. 115 lbs.

50 military sit ups.

We did this in 85 degree temps.

It sucked but we felt pretty accomplished after the fact.

Working out....Again

I should have never taken a break from working out. Its hard getting back into it, thank god that i can motivate myself easily. Today's workout was not too bad. This is how it went:

4 Rounds for time:

15 Pull ups
20 push ups
30 crunches
1 Lap

Didn't take very long but it felt like an eternity during the work out.

Dusti pants last night out....



Well kinda.... Twas a Fun/Crazy night. Started out early at Lucky's Bar and Grill then we decided to go to The Tipsy Clover that lead to plenty of buck shots. Amazingly I managed to stay sober. Anyway here are some of the pictures from that night.
